NAPA Global Co-Organizes the 0G Rally in SEA - Vietnam Chapter

AI is transforming how we analyze data, make decisions, and generate predictions, while blockchain redefines transparency and trust. Together, they pave the way for Decentralized AI - where systems are distributed, secure, transparent, and free from intermediaries. 

On September 22, 2025, at the Da Nang Blockchain Hub (10F, NAPA Riverside Building), founders, builders, and creators from the fintech and Web3 community came together at the 0G Rally in SEA: Vietnam Chapter to explore decentralized AI, Web3 infrastructure, and tokenized economies.

The event highlights included: 

- Opening speech by Mr. Vo Duc Anh, Deputy Director of the Da Nang Innovation Startup Support Center (DISSC), Da Nang Department of Science and Technology. He shared about Da Nang’s sandbox for blockchain & digital assets and the establishment of Da Nang Free Trade Zone (FTZ) – the first FTZ of Vietnam.

- Workshop with 0G by Gathin T – DevRel at 0G Labs. He introduced the key characteristics of decentralized AI and its advantages over closed AI systems.

- Panel discussion featuring Mr. Vo Duc Anh - DISSC, Mr. Chuong Nguyen – Program Manager at Swiss EP Vietnam, Mr. Hung Nguyen – Head of Web3 department at NAPA Global, and Mr. Kevin R. Soltani – Founder & CEO of GIMA Group, moderated by Ms. Nicole Nguyen – Founder of APAC DAO. The session offered valuable insights into stablecoins, Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization, and DeFi applications.
